Many of our students have completed previous college course work. Our convenient and flexible degree programs are designed to be ideal for adults who attended college in the past but have not completed a degree.
If you have completed previous college work, you may have your credits pre-evaluated by our transfer credit specialists to see how they will transfer into a degree program at Indiana Tech.
Indiana Tech has partnered with StraighterLine to accept ACE approved StraighterLine courses into our degree programs. For more information, please visit the StraighterLine website.
Transfer credit policy
Courses from accredited colleges or universities will be considered for curriculum-related course work with grades of C or better. An official transcript is required for credit to be granted. However, a pre-evaluation of transfer credit may be done using your unofficial transcripts. You may be asked to provide college catalogs, course descriptions, or course syllabi to aid the university’s decision on whether or not to grant credit.
Indiana Tech has transfer agreements with many two-year institutions in areas near our campuses and locations. Follow the links below to determine whether we have an agreement with your school.
Merit scholarship for transfer students
In addition to having transfer agreements with several community colleges, we offer a merit scholarship for associate degree graduates of those institutions with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
